About ULCI

Universal Language & Computer Institute (ULCI) is one of Nepal’s oldest and largest educational services providers, specializing in test preparation and examination administration services. ULCI was established in 1984 as a language and computer training institute and has served hundreds of thousands of students to achieve their educational dreams and aspirations. We are an institution with a proud history and have played a pivotal role in establishing English language education and international testing provisions in Nepal.

ULCI currently offers test preparation courses for TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), IELTS (International English Language Testing System), SAT (Scholastic Achievement Test), GRE (Graduate Record Examinations), OET (Occupational English Test), and PTE-A (Pearson’s Test of English – Academic), and UKVI English Examinations for A1/A2/B1/B2 levels. Along with providing test preparation services, ULCI is the largest private sector examination administration services provider in Nepal, providing testing services to over 10,000 candidates every month. ULCI is the examination center for TOEFL, GRE, OET, PTE-A, Pearson VUE, PSI Skills for English – UKVI Secured English Language Test (SELT), JFT-Basic (Japan Foundation Test for the Japanese Language), and skills-based examinations for the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare in Japan.
